We’re thrilled to share a remarkable update from our recent participation in the XI International Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Teams and Leaders: The Way to Success.” This prestigious event, hosted at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Moscow, Russia, delved deep into the dynamics of team-building, contemporary leadership, and the infusion of new technologies in these critical domains.
The conference’s theme was aptly woven around the evolving landscape of team-building and leadership, a reflection of the ever-changing era we find ourselves in. As we engaged with fellow scholars and practitioners, we collectively navigated through the intricacies of: 1. Teambuilding amidst transformative changes 2. Contemporary leadership skills and styles 3. The integration of new technologies into leadership and teamwork paradigms
Our very own presence at the conference was marked by a presentation that delved into the cutting-edge realm of new building management systems. Our aim was to spotlight the innovative approaches and technologies that are reshaping the way we envision, create, and manage built environments. This platform allowed us to share insights, spark discussions, and collaboratively explore the vast potential of these advancements.
The conference was graced by notable thought leaders who added their expertise and insights to the collective dialogue. Distinguished speakers included: Olga Bantsekina, Chief Representative of Coleman Services UK in Russia, and Deputy Chairperson of the Association of European Business. And Antonio Linares, Director General of Roca Group Russia and CIS
Our participation in this conference exemplifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and fostering a dynamic space for innovation and exploration. We extend our gratitude to the event organizers, speakers, fellow participants, and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration for providing a platform that fuels insightful conversations and collaborative learning.
